The mornings start with worry.

Then temporary relief. Exhale. More worry. “I am terrible at this.” The thoughts get louder. More intrusive. “I knew I would fail again.” The thoughts won’t stop.

Stop! “I said I would never be this kind of person. And I can’t even be a good partner.” More worry. Thoughts just won’t stop.

Does this sound like an average day to you?

Thoughts can be changed.

Thoughts are just thoughts. Thoughts are not facts. But – they feel like facts and often control our emotions and behaviors.

“When did it become so bad? I didn’t used to be this way – I used to be fun. I can’t stop thinking. At times, I feel like I have 7 thoughts going on at once. I am exhausted. My thoughts feel obsessive at this point.”

When thoughts intrude on our daily lives, it makes us feel frustrated, sad or hopeless. “Maybe I will have a glass of wine to make it stop. Or two. Then I find myself eating more then I should. I just want to feel different. How come I am staying at home more? I feel empty…”

“I am making it through the week. This to-do list keeps getting longer. Here I go starting a fight with my partner again. And blaming the kids. I just want to love them, but I am so exhausted. It is so difficult. When did life become this way? I feel like I can’t fully breathe. Then I want to cry. What a rollercoaster!”

You have taken the first step towards a healthier sense of self by finding me.

I help busy women and men who experience anxiety, depression, trauma, excessive worry, or low self esteem.

Freeing your mind from your own judgment and living in the moment can be life-changing. I help women free themselves from thoughts that tend to control them.

I believe in healing. Healing the mind, body, and heart from previous stories, experiences, and traumas. I can sit with your pain and introduce a new perspective, explore a new story with you.

Change the tape. I teach tools for you to use to change the negative thoughts and stories that keep being replayed in your mind. You get to decide what the story will say. Often, the thoughts are about the past or the future, and it keeps you from truly enjoying your current situation. You can change that, and I can support you in doing so.

Move from anxiety to calmness. Resistance to acceptance. Critical to confident.

A lot of suffering is created in our mind. It is not always the situation; it is how we react to the situation. I provide hope when it feels hopeless. Change is possible. You can control your thoughts; they don’t have to control you. I can teach you how. From pain to growth. From suffering to feeling free and hopeful for yourself and your relationships.

Anxiety tends to interfere with opportunities. Free yourself from it, change it. Love yourself again. Heal your thoughts. They can be mean, critical, and very judgmental. And you feel that you have to listen to them day in and day out. You do NOT have to. Having a quiet mind can be freeing.

I help men and women sort through their thoughts and start introducing more reality-based, positive thoughts, which changes how we feel and act.

I am delighted that you have visited my site.
